About the Role:
As a Senior Billing Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in managing financial operations and ensuring the seamless processing of billing cycles for high-profile clients. Working closely with leadership, you will oversee billing accuracy, compliance, and client reporting, while maintaining critical working capital metrics.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Billing Coordinator:
- Collaborate with partners to prepare and finalize billing forecasts and invoices.
- Monitor working capital metrics, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Ensure client billing aligns with agreements and complies with legal and tax standards.
- Manage and oversee financial processes, including time transfers, write-offs, and disbursement tracking.
- Build strong relationships with partners and matter managers to streamline workflows.
